From 2 parcels with a mix of young and old vines (40 to 95 years).  Hand-harvested, pneumatically pressed whole cluster into two tinajas (clay vessels), rested on its lees for 11 months with 3 months bâtonnag. Intriguing blanco showing limestone minerality, orchard florality, and marine salinity - entrancing.
