Single parcel young vines (20-35 years) offering by Alberto and Silvia.  Hand-harvested, whole cluster, fermented and raised in a single used French oak barrel on its lees for 10 months, three months bâtonnage with no added S02. Ripe stone fruits, lemon, nice acidity - dazzling.
