Made from a solera that dates back to 1790 which contains only 25 botas.  A mere one and a half percent of the wine is drawn from each barrel annually. This thirty-year-old (at bottling) palo cortado is dry with dots of rich caramel cacao sweetness.  Racy in its minerality and salinity, finishing in bitter orange.  Elegant, long and refreshing.
