Partida Creus MUZ Vermouth (1L), Cataluña

51 botanicals · Torino 1870 recipe · secret sauce

This is a true gift from Massimo Marchiori and Antonella Gerona, a Catalonian vermouth that has garnered cult status. Light and bright, with balanced acidity and measured sweetness, oranges and rosy, herbal - lovely.
