Fermented in old foudres and aged in clay amphorae, this is high-toned garnacha from Sandra Bravo, a tinto that stands up to the more well-known heavy hitters of Rioja. Vines grow some 700m up in limestone soils. Fermented in oak foudres and aged in amphorae. Crushed red fruits, herbal and peppery. Pure and high-toned, mineral and balanced, liquid velvet.
