One of the first on the scene in the Sierra de Gredos, Telmo Rodríguez recognized the potential of the high-altitude old vines Garnacha back in 1999. Granito is sourced from 60-year-old vines at 890m to 920m elevation. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and neutral French foudres, then aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. Aromatic, intricate, silky and structured, mineral accent, gorgeous fruit (raspberry, hibiscus) – mouthwatering.
