Estate grown southern style Oloroso from winemaker Chano Aragón fashioned by traditional tools of the canoa, jarra, sifón, and rocíador. Aged 17 to 20 years in solera oxidatively. Savory, roasted nuts, dried figs with lively acidity, eye-opening.
