From low-yielding 25-year-old goblet bush vines, the handiwork of Juan & Ricardo continuing the great work established their father, Tomás Esteban.  Biodynamically farmed and barrel aged (French & American) for 22 months. Spicy mix of cocoa, black cherries and cassis.  Structured and rich, with tight tannins.
