Nun is Enric Soler’s top wine. Planted in 1945, sourced from a single vineyard (.65 Ha) Xarel·lo, fermented and aged for nine months in new and two-year-old Burgundian oak barrels. Harmonious, herbal and citrus, flinty texture, racy, diamond cut, acidity blast - long cellaring capacity.
