Osborne RARE Amontillado Solera AOS 1903 (500ml), Jerez

AOS is named after Antonio Osborne Solera, the son of Tomás Osborne Guezala, prepared on the day he was born in 1903. The wine is part of the personal historical archive of the Osborne family, not available commercially until recently.  Twenty-five-year average age at bottling from 3 criaderas and aged biologically and oxidatively. Hazelnuts, bitter orange, wood spice and smoke, coffee, rosemary, and thyme – complex and aromatic.
