One of the O.G. gins from the Balearic island of Menorca, an isle that is linked historically with Great Britain.  Menorcans distilled gin for the British Navymen, and continued to produce gin from wine thereafter.  Mediterranean in style, and made in small batches from 200-year-old, wood-fired copper stills. Juniper berries are aged for two years before blended with Catalan grapes.  A touch saline, citrus zesty, and juniper spicy - tonic's bestie.
