Despaña Vinos y Más is now open on Sundays!

The hours will be from 12 pm to 6 pm.

We have some changes to announce.

We wish Kathleen Hall Smith, our former shop manager, all the best as she has moved on to Europe to expand on her wine expertise and years in hospitality.

We are happy to welcome our new shop Manager, Heather Collis, coming from just over the Williamsburg Bridge. Heather is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience.  She loves cats, wine, and planting flowers in any available soil to help beautify our city.

Mateo is so grateful for all the wonderful interactions at the shop these past two months, and also looking forward to getting back to the writer’s desk to bring you the juicy details on all the new wines coming into the shop, as well as upcoming tastings, events, and wine classes. Also, a trip to Spain in May to meet with winemakers – look out for those stories too.
