Farming organically since 1790, and biodynamically since 2012, Parés Baltà is a family-owned winery in Penedès run by la familia Cusiné.

To promote biodiversity and a sustainable ecosystem for the vines to prosper, the vineyards are integrated with farm animals and bees.  This holistic approach, together with following natural cosmic rhythms, and minimum intervention in the winery are key to producing Mediterranean wines full of vitality.
