1.5 oz Becquer vermut
1.5 oz Alvear Carlos VII Amontillado
2 dashes orange bitters

Add the amontillado, vermut and bitters into a mixing glass.

Fill with ice.

Stir for 30 seconds or until well-chilled.  

Strain into a chilled coupe glass.  

Garnish with an orange peel.
