Made in the heart of Rías Baixas, O Salnés, Xurxo Alba has been the Albariño whisperer since 2006. A single parcel albariño from 40-year-old-vines on granite and schist soils in Sanxenxo, a stone’s throw to the ocean.  Seventeen months aging in Austrian and German oak foudres, bursting with ripe white fruit, lemon, salty, chalky with granite minerality, nuanced and a bit smoky.
