Bright vino blanco by Irene Alemany and Laurent Corrió. The fruit is sourced from old vines (30 to 45 years) planted in clay and limestone soils. Hand-harvested, direct pressing, fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, full malo, aged on its fine lees in foudre and untoasted oak barrels for 8 months. Green apple, apricot, creamy and savory, chalky with mineral depth and pleasant zip.
