El Carrascal is sourced from a tiny 0.7ha vineyard called Las Vegas. Planted in 1903, grapes pressed whole cluster in old botas. Racked and aged for 20 months under partial flor before bottling. A vertical wine that Ramiro would say you feel in the front of the mouth - voluminous, lengthy, sapidity supreme.
