Basque Cooler

BASQUE COOLER

2 oz Ibar whisky

2 oz Basque cider, plus more for finish

1/2 oz lemon juice

1/2 oz agave syrup

apple slices

 

Add whisky, cider, agave, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker.

Stir with a bar spoon until well combined.

Fill shaker with ice and shake for 20 seconds.

Strain into a Colllins glass filled with ice and top off with cider.  Stir.

Garnish with an apple slice.
