Bolinus Brandaris: Flamenco from the Bay of Cadiz takes the reader/listener to the Bay of Cadiz, the southernmost part of mainland Spain, which is considered the birthplace and heartland of Flamenco.

David Aglow, the producer of this set, spent a lot of time in southwestern Spain while making these recordings.  During that time, he learned how food and wine is an essential component to Flamenco.
