Chillable Reds

There is something so thirst quenching about gulping down glasses of cool red wine during the heat of the summer, late spring, and early fall.   And while every red wine should be served at cellar temperature (easily achieved with about 10 minutes on ice), there are some wines that benefit from a little extra chill.
