2 cucumber wheels, 1 lime wheel, 1 lemon peel, 1 sprig rosemary, 1 sprig basil
2 ounces gin, 5 ounces tonic water
Fill a large wine glass (or stemless) with ice. Add lime wheel, lemon peel, rosemary, basil and one cucumber wheel. Pour in gin. Slowly pour in tonic water. Stir. Add remaining cucumber wheel to rim.
Notes: Use good tonic water. Larger ice cubes work best so as not to dilute the drink. Experiment with any kind of herbs you’d like. Juniper berries are also nice. If you’d like a lighter drink, add 1 ½ ounces gin instead of 2.
