One of our favorite cuvées from 3 of Alberto and Silvia’s parcels in Meaño and Ribadumia.  Young and old vines (35-100 years) growing in sandy, granitic soils with clay deposits make for this savory lipsmacker. The wine gets the N&P treatment – grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, pneumatic press, then fermented with native yeasts in a 2200L used French oak barrel for 9 months. Citrus and saline, rich and bracing – an Atlantic beauty.
