Barbadillo Reliquia Pedro Ximenez (375ml), Jerez

A very limited dessert sherry from from barrels which are stored in the basement cellar from the late 19th century that Rafael Terán Carrera bequeathed to Antonio Barbadillo Ambrossy.  These wines formed the solera of the Potro winery.  This sherry is bottled in glass vessels, made by master glass blowers.  Dense and intense, with big raisin and woody flavors, a wine that encompasses history.  One of a kind.
