Winemakers Javier García, Laura Robles, David Velasco, and David Moreno met while hiking the Sierras de Gredos and have been putting their minds together towards a minimalist approach to crafting terruño-driven wines that are electric and profound. The 2022 blanco is a village wine made from granitic soils, high-alt. alpine vino, a blend of native white varieties.  Very little white wine is made in Gredos, so this is a real treat. Aromatic and high-toned, herbal, mineral, stone fruity.
