Jerez bodega consultant Ramiro Ibañez has his own project in Cota 45 to foster his vision of unique Jerez terroir expression. This unfortofied white wine is singular in that it is unusually comprised of almost extinct varietals such as Perruno, Uva Rey, and of course Palomino.  Creamy and fat, floral and oxidative.  Sapidity plus.  Astonishing effort.
