Single parcel vino blanco from a tiny (0.2 hectare) microplot in Valtuille de Abajo, from regrafted 125-year-old vines planted in clay-stony soils. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in a single 500-liter French oak barrel, matured for one year on its fine lees with no bâtonnage (stirring of the lees) Peach, apricot, flinty, sharp acidity, saline - textural triumph.
