Cepas Vellas is sourced from a single 1.5ha vineyard in front of the winery in Meaño, planted in 1785 on granite soils. Pre-phylloxera vines are Pergola trained and aged in stainless steel on its fine lees. A certified candidate for cellaring at least another decade. Profound depth, lively acidity, a touch saline and mineral – the evolution will be epic.
