Enric Soler does his grandpa proud with the meticulous care and attention to biodynamic practices applied to some of the oldest Xarel-lo vines of Alt-Penedès. Sourced from less than a single hectare, high-alt. (300m) vineyard of massale selection from the Nun vineyard. Spontaneous fermentation in barrel, followed by aging on the lees for 8 months in four-year-old Burgundy barrels with no bâtonnage. Totally fresh, electric energy, mineral intensity, and sapidity.
