In a continuation of the gang of four’s foray into Almansa, a new Mediterranean blanco cobbled from centenary vines growing at 700m alt. in clay soils.  Hand-harvested, whole cluster, aged in concrete tanks and neutral barrels with the usual Envínate treatment – no fining, filtration and min S02 added.  Floral, chalky, zesty, mineral – star light, star bright.
