Biodynamic vino blanco from winemaker Iago Garrido, from re-grafted young vines on a 2 ½ hectare parcel named Rioboó. Fermented in stainless steel and used oak, aged 10 months under a veil of flor (yeast) in a combination of clay amphorae (tinajas) and neutral French oak casks and sherry botas, plus rest in bottle for an additional year in cellar. Chamomile, lemon, oxidative, yeasty, almond nutty - taut and pristine.
