Viticultor Rubén Díaz Alonso has always been enamored with the alpine, white grapes of Gredos.  Dore Blanco is sourced from 5 different parcels of 80+ year-old vines growing on decomposed, granitic soils at 630m elevation.  Floral, orange zesty, apricot, pear – stone fruit extravaganza, silky and bright.
