This is one of those, what’s in your cellar type of wine. Old vines, high alt. (900m) single vineyard blend of red and white grapes from Jorge Monzón Pascual and Isabel Rodero. Foot-trodden, fermented with whole clusters in concrete and matured in French oak for 35 months. Highly allocated, concentrated, and juicy with fine grained tannins. Bacchanal, decadent - a masterpiece.
