It's only fair that Dominik Huber takes a wholistic view to the terruño of Priorat. Most people associate Priorat with full-bodied reds, but beautiful Mediterranean whites are also grown here. The wine reflects the history and rhythms of daily life. Sourced from nine surrounding villages.  Whole cluster fermentation, aged for six months in INOX and concrete tanks. Vibrant and aromatic, herbal, savory, citrus - Mediterranean spicebox.
