Rumbo al Norte comes from a single sliver of a parcel (0.3 hectare, 1200m elev.) interspersed through giant, granite boulders, facing north of Navarrevisca, a tiny pueblo in Ávila.  Whole cluster, long maceration (60 days), aged for 14 months in French oak foudre. Herbal, dark berries, mineral intensity, spicy spine – beautiful and majestically profound.
