Twenty-one day skin contact wine from Alberto and Silvia working with a single parcel of sixty-year-old vines in the village of Sisán that exudes Atlantic character. Hand-harvested and foot-trodden, aged on the lees for 11 months in a large French oak barrel with 3 months bâtonnage.  Amber and tannic, marmalade and tangerine. Textured, zesty, salty and stony.
