Puro Rofe, a project started by winemaker Rayco Fernández, with the goal of revitalization and recuperation of the vines from the unique terroir of Lanzarote. Thanks to Vicente Torres, the Diego grape is given the mic here to sing us a song about the prominence of the volcanic soils, a wild wine with much life ahead of it.
