Pastora was the first manzanilla ever to appear in a bottled form (1827).  It’s a bona fide pasada, meaning more mature and longer aged, which gives greater depth and texture to the wine. Bottled at 9 years old and harkening back to the good ole days of the 1800s. Toasted hazelnuts, complex, saline & savory.
