Sacristía is a manzanilla pasada aged approx. 8 years in the corner of the bodega where the best stuff is stored. Antonio Barbadillo Mateos bottled this manzanilla en rama for an ultra exclusive 50 magnums.  Chamomile, olive brine, salted almonds and flor.  Intense harmony and a rare treat.
