Another brilliant effort from Raúl Pérez in his hometown of Valtuille de Abajo. From a single hectare parcel of centenary vines, whole cluster fermentation with wild, indigenous yeasts in foudres, matured for one year in French oak barrels. Rosy bouquet, herbal, stony, chalky tannins, tension and complexity - beguiling.
