The Valdecañada cuvée is one of Raúl’s least known wines because it is highly allocated. The fruit comes from eight separate parcels from the Ponferrada sub-zone of Bierzo with slate and schist soils that distinguish themselves from the bolder Vizcaína wines from Valtuille de Abajo. Polished, lusty and herbal, earthy and alluring - sensational finish.
