Certified organic single parcel vino of young vines by Jose María Vicente showcasing stretched out plateau of a north-facing slope shaded by the Sierra del Molar mountain range. Partial whole cluster, grapes fermented in lagares (underground stone vats), matured for one year in a mix of neutral oak foudres and French oak demi-muids. The wine takes you on a long ride through the Mediterranean landscape - herbal, floral, earthy, forest fruit, fine-grained, chalky tannins, a mineral tinge, nice acidity - lithe and enchanting.
