Azimut was created by Assís Suriol (Suriol winemaking family) to bring together Catalan farmers to create fresh and organic wines with minimal intervention. Grapes are sourced from the Marina del Garraf (coast) by the Bartra family, Conca del Riu Foix (interior) from the Freixedas and Guilamany families. Five days of skin contact maceration, aged for 3 months in underground concrete tanks. Citrus, garrigue, apricot, pear, peach, mineral and pithy.
