Base wine of late harvest Garnacha from 80-year-old vineyards in Navarra and La Rioja macerated with more than 40 different botanicals in French and American oak barrels for 24 months.  Potpourri of ripe cherry and plums, honey, cinnamon, thyme, rosemary, and dried nuts alongside vanilla, cocoa, and tobacco.
