First release of a fledgling project by winemakers Jessica Madigan and Sergi Canals.  The fruit comes from three parcels located in the Massaf Garrif natural park and Ordal mountains. Separate vinification and fermentation in a combo of vessels (concrete eggs, French oak, and stainless steel) on its fine lees with stirring. Stone fruity, salt and lemon, mineral verve.
