First bottling of this high-toned hilltop cru white wine blend from a 13 Ha parcel acquired in 2022.  Grapes are hand-sorted, destemmed, and cold macerated for 24 hours, direct pressing, spontaneous fermentation in French oak barrels and amphorae. followed by 6 months of aging.  Lemon bright, Mediterranean herbal, minerality, ripe stone fruits, citrus bursts, saline, well-integrated oak, a touch chalky – texture and length – very exciting.
