White wine blend by winemaker Iria Otero Mazoy, pharmacist turned enologist.  Native Ribeiro grapes are fermented and aged in concrete vessels, min. S02 added.  Green apple, peach, lychee, lemon, ginger, almonds – quite a lot going on in the best way – flinty, mineral, and saline.
