For over 150 years, the Foraster family has been growing grapes and olives on their 29 hectare estate in Conca de Barberà. In 1998, the family planted red varietals and revamped the farm for wine production. This tinto is made from a single parcel of 50+ year old vines from the limestone and clay soils of Sierra de Miramar. Cold maceration and fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Wine is aged in French oak for five months. Forest berries, white pepper, crunchy, juicy acidity and minerality.
