Javi Revert and Victor Marqués red wine from two plots at the foot of the Penya Foradà mountains.  Aged for 6 months on the lees in concrete tanks, Grillat is a chillable red, potent floral fragrance, wild strawberry, blueberry and herbs.  Punchy acidity adds lift to the wine, making for a joyful imbibe with great energy.
