The fruit for Tapias is sourced from a Finca planted in 1968 on iron rich, clay calcareous soils.  Modern, robust, and concentrated red wine with sweet, lush dark fruits, vanilla and coffee, cocoa and coiled, fine-grained tannins. Spicy, silky and oh so special.  Off the charts hedonistic pleasure, long cellaring potential.
