Single parcel vino by Xosé Lois Sebio from a mountainside plot planted in 1926 in the village of Gomariz. Each grape variety is harvested and fermented separately. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in French oak barrels for one year, and then stainless steel tanks for one year.  Ripe stone fruit, herbal, electric backbone, saline, mineral - savory and aromatic.
